I love, love, love color! Painting helps me escape and express myself as I make this journey with Myasthenia Gravis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Painting and making something beautiful & funky out of discarded or neglected items is my favorite way to express myself.

Artistic talent runs in my family. I’m proud to say I aspire to achieve the skill levels modeled for me by my family. Mom painted very traditional landscapes & barns. She would take me with her on country roads & teach me to see the details, look through eyes that see beyond the obvious. My children taught me to embrace my funky. Her love of all things different helped me liberate my creative soul. I’m forever grateful to them for that gift.
