I’m starting an art journal of sorts. My plan is to document how much time, effort and creativity I spend on paintings, shows and networking.

For my followers, I guess it’s a peek into my process.

Expect it to be somewhat messy.

Today I finished up a painting I had begun over a month ago. That’s very unusual for me. Typically, I work on a painting until it’s finished before starting new ones.

But this painting was different? It captured a time & space I really enjoyed: An art fair I attended in Superior, Wisconsin.

Then I started a new painting. I’m intending it to be a POV of kayaking near Bayfield, WI.

I say intending on purpose as sometimes projects take on lives and directions I didn’t expect.

So far, cliffs, water & a kayak have appeared.

Now i’m exhausted.

My health has been problematic of late with extreme fatigue & shortness of breath. Time to rest I guess.
